Peter is a true professional in every sense of the word. Look at the pic, this is how great it looks year round due to Peter’s efforts. He takes calls all hours of the day and goes the extra mile especially if you need help fixing anything relate to your pool and spa. Love his positive attitude as well. We are so pleased to have Peter and Surfside Pool Company take care of our pool. We have a saltwater pool, and that can be tricky. We also had a problem with our pool sweep and had Peter check it out. We were never happy with it and kept trying to correct various problems over many years. Peter was able to diagnose the problem. As we expected, replacing parts vs getting another brand made sense. We really feel Peter listens to us and now after having him for a few months, everything regarding our pool is humming!

How often should I clean my pool?
We recommend regular weekly service at least once per week, especially in the summer, as high UV’s degrade the chlorine and high temperatures promote fast algae growth. Some pools are able to be serviced every other week in January and February.
How long is the service?
The visit time can vary depending on the state of the pool and what is required, but they are about 20 minutes on average for one person, with visit times sometimes lasting past one hour for debris heavy pools in the fall.
Can you clean a green pool?
Yes! A green pool is our specialty.
What if I have a problem with service?
Contact us and we will do whatever we can to make sure you are satisfied with service.
Do I need to be home during the maintenance service?
No. You don't need to be home during our service. For transparency, you can opt into “on the way” text messages to let you know our next stop is your backyard. After-service emails are sent after every service that includes: a photo of the pool, a checklist of tasks completed, water chemistry readings, dosages of chemicals added to the water, and any notes and extra information that the customer should know.
